"Scott never commented to this, but I am sure we were one of Scott's more difficult customers. It is never easy to hand over what matters so much to someone else. Our home is a little like that and we were reluctant to just go with any roofer. We knew going in we were relying on what our insurance would cover and yet hoping that what we'd end up would be a long-lasting, beautiful, quality roof. Scott personally came back twice after the job was done to make sure it was done right. When we ended up with some white vents under the eaves of our house, he came back and replaced the more visible ones with the color that more closely match our home. Whenever, we sent an email or called asking about something or wanting something, Scott quickly responded.
